The City of Calgary wants your feedback by Oct 31 on their River Access Strategy, a set of proposed boat launches to replace many that were washed away in the 2013 flood. See http://engage.calgary.ca/riveraccess . Nature Calgary is very concerned about the full boat launch ramp proposed for the downstream end of Carburn Park, in an area known for good bird habitat (warblers and waterfowl). Please consider looking at the City’s website and providing your input.
